我们平常喝到的咖啡按照制作的方法不同，主要可以分成意式咖啡、法式咖啡和美式咖啡。意式咖啡的特点是口味纯正、浓郁；法式咖啡的特点是花样繁多、造型美观；美式咖啡的特点就是简单速成，一般的咖啡店里不会出售这种咖啡。下面我们主要来了解意式咖啡：1. 意大利特浓（Espresso）;这就是浓缩咖啡，用很小的杯子盛，很苦，但很香很香。2. 玛琪雅朵（Espresso Macchiatto）;就是Espresso 加奶泡。喝时不要用咖啡勺搅拌，就算要加糖也最好均匀地撒在奶泡表面一层，找一个角度直接喝，这样咖啡入口还能保持层次感。3. 康宝蓝（Espresso con panna）;就是Espresso 浇上鲜奶油。喝时最好不要搅拌奶油。4.拿铁（Caffe Latte）；就是牛奶咖啡。早餐起来喝一杯Latte ,对于儿童也没有什么影响，因为根本就是咖啡味道的牛奶，很好喝。5. 平白咖啡（Flat White）;很像拿铁，都是Espresso 加蒸奶（steamed milk）,只是Flat White 没有一点奶泡（milk foam）. 6. 卡布奇诺（Cappuccino）;就是奶沫（泡）咖啡。喝之前不要搅拌，只有让自己嘴唇沾满奶泡才够那种幸福的味道。7. 摩卡（Caffe Mocha）；就是有巧克力、牛奶和奶油的咖啡。
